MAE NOI Khaw Soi Curry Paste


Pan fry one pack of curry paste with 5 kg of your favorite meat for 20 minutes. Add 2 L of coconut milk and 8 L of water then bring to boil. Let simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour and season as needed.
