Suggested How to Cook:

  1. Boil concentrated coconut milk until coconut oil comes out.
  2. Add green curry paste, shrimp paste, and your choice of meat into a stir fry.
  3. Mix in light coconut milk, palm sugar, and fish sauce.
  4. Add your choice of vegetables and simmer until cooked.
  5. Add fresh basil to taste.

Ratio between green curry paste (500 g) and your choice of meat (2500g).
